Originally from France, where Elodie learned a lot of her knowledge at a young age from her mother’s Antique stores in Lyon. Then moved to the USA and worked in Palm Beach for Kofski Antiques Estate Sales and Appraisals for 7 years. 

Elodie relocated to Northwest FL and created Cardon Estate Sales & Appraisals since 2005 and has written numerous appraisals for Insurance, damage claims, divorce and estate settlement.

 1999 to 2004: Kofski Antiques & Estate Sale facility – Palm Beach, FL _ Store Manager
