I am a fourth generation gem and jewelry professional with experience as an independent appraiser, review appraiser, gemologist, pawnbroker, jewelry buyer, broker, consultant, and expert witness.  

In addition to providing appraisal services for private clients and those within the trade, I have been subcontracted to assist with the valuation of jewelry and watches seized by federal law enforcement agencies, including the U.S. Secret Service (USSS), Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG).  I am also recognized as an expert in multiple courts of law.

I provide appraisal services for a variety of intended uses, including assisting with estate and probate needs, seized property, scheduling insurance coverage, dissolution of marriage, noncash charitable contribution, post-loss and post-damage, forced liquidation, and more. 

My Appraisal Reports are prepared in conformity with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), and are considered Qualified Appraisals as defined in 26 CFR § 1.170A – 17 of the federal tax code.

In addition to owning an NAJA Accredited and AGA Certified Gemological Laboratory (CGL #59), I have earned the following gem-, jewelry-, and appraisal-related credentials:
