Professional Background

Gallery Director at David Dike Fine Art since 2008. The gallery specializes in late 19th and 20th Century European and American art, with an emphasis on Texas regionalists and Texas painters and sculptors. Kelly curates and produces regular exhibitions of contemporary and early Texas artists. She has organized the Annual Texas Art Auction since 2008; which includes consignment management, print catalogue writing and production as well as online catalogue writing and production. Regular client relations include collection consultation and development of private collections. She conducts regular research on specific artists and paintings and assists with art authentication process (Julian Onderdonk, Frank Reaugh, Jose Arpa, Charles Umlauf, Birger Sandzen). She has served as liaison for several traveling museum exhibitions as well as assisted with both museum acquisitions and loans.
