Amy Kelly is a personal property appraiser based in central west Texas. She is also a member of the ISA Fine Arts Committee and North Texas Chapter of ISA. New to the appraisal field, Ms. Kelly has over 30 years’ experience as a registrar for fine art museums.
Education: University of North Texas, BFA in Art History, 1986
Appraisal Education: ISA Appraisal of Japanese Prints Course, 2023; ISA Printmaking and Conservation, Rice University, Houston, TX, 2023; ISA Core Course in Appraisal Studies, 2022; Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practices (USPAP) compliant through 2024.
