Successfully completed a 15 hour course and examination on the Uniform Standards of Appraisal Practice (USPAP), the Congressionally-recognized set of appraisal standards promulgated by The Appraisal Foundation. Completed in 2009. Completed the 7 Hour Personal Property USPAP course in 2012; current through 2016.

INTERNATIONAL SOCIETY OF APPRAISERS, CHICAGO, IL : Achieved Certified Appraiser of Personal Property Membership Status (CAPP) after establishing competency and expertise in the Theory and Practice of Appraising by successfully completing a comprehensive and thorough program and exam on the Principles and Procedures of Appraising to the satisfaction of the designated committees of the Society.
