Darlene Hines: Serving Bloomfield Hills, Detroit, Michigan and surrounding areas as a Certified Member Member of the International Society of Appraisers (ISA CAPP) since 2001, the highest level. Current Credentials in Uniform Standards for Professional Appraisal Practices (USPAP); Master’s Degree and pre-doctorate courses, Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan. Life Time Honoree Award of ISA.

Currently serving as Board Secretary on the ISA Education Foundation for Appraisal Education (FAE) 2020 - Present.

Served two terms on the ISA Board of Directors, 2004-2010 and served on the Executive Board Committee as Secretary 2005-2008. Former Board Liaison to the Ethics and Antiques and Residential Contents Committees; current member of the Appraisal Designation & Review Committee; Antiques, Furnishings+ Decorative Arts Committee; and serve as an ISA Ambassador.  Appraises Antiques, Decorative Arts, African & African American items and other Personal Property.

 Past President and Vice-President of the Great Lakes Chapter of the International Society of Appraisers.  Special invited guest at Antiques Roadshow, Detroit, June 1, 2013.  Appeared on PAX TV, “What’s It Worth”  and have been contacted by several appraisal TV shows for assistance.  Published articles in Journal of Advanced Appraisal Studies. the International Society of Appraiser’s Newsletter and Blog,.Speaker  at the National Auctioneers Conference, Grand Rapids, Michigan .

Our company has been involved as an Expert witness for the District Court in Michigan and have performed appraisals for high profiled clients and large corporations.
