All registration fees are in US dollars. Refunds, minus a $100 administrative fee, will be issued on written cancellations received on or before March 8, 2019. Phone cancellations WILL NOT be accepted. Registrants assume full responsibility for notification to and verification of receipt by ISA Headquarters. Refunds will be processed 2-3 weeks after the meeting.
Refunds or credits will not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, flight/transportation cancellations, unattended events or early departure. In the rare event of a meeting cancellation, ISA is not responsible for nor will provide refunds for costs associated with travel, airfare, hotel or transportation costs incurred by the registered attendee. It is always recommended that the registrant consider purchasing independent travel insurance.
ISA registration fees are not tax-deductible as a charitable contribution, but may be deductible as a business expense. Consult your tax advisor.
Registration and attendance at or participation in the ISA Annual Meeting constitutes an agreement by the registrant to ISA’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproduction and audiotapes of such event activities.All educational course cancellation and transfer requests must be in writing and received two weeks (14 days) prior to the first date of the class. All cancellations and transfer requests are subject to a $100 fee based on course cost.

It is always the Society’s pleasure to welcome the spouses and guests of meeting registrants. However, each guest is required to purchase a special badge in order to participate in the scheduled events. The cost of the badge is solely to defray the food and beverage expense. Spouse/guest registration includes meals only on Friday evening through Monday of the conference and does not include entrance into educational sessions or the Friday tours. Spouse/guests wishing to attend a Friday tour may do so for a fee. Please see the registration form for more details.
All educational sessions will be business casual. Meeting rooms tend to be cool, so please dress accordingly during the day. Comfortable shoes are recommended for the Friday tour day.
