CUT-OFF DATE FOR DISCOUNTED RESERVATIONS
Reservations by attendees must be received on or before Monday, March 11th, 2025 (the “Cut-Off Date”). At the Cut-Off Date, Hotel will review the reservation pick up for the Event, release the unreserved rooms for general sale, and determine whether or not it can accept reservations based on a space- and rate-available basis at the International Society of Appraisers group rate after this date.

Travel to Washington, D.C.: 

There are 2 airports that serve Washington, D.C..  There is also an airport in Baltimore that often serves the D.C. area as well but is significantly farther from D.C.

Cancellation Policy:  All registrations fees are in US dollars. Refunds/Cancellations will be issued on written email  cancellation requests only:  Prior to January 31, 2025 - $150 Administration Fee / February 1 to February 28, 2025 - $200 Administration Fee / No Refunds After March 1, 2025.  Phone cancellations WILL NOT be accepted. Registrants assume full responsibility for notification to and verification of receipt by ISA Headquarters. Refunds will be processed 2-3 weeks after the meeting.

Refunds or credits will not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, flight/transportation cancellations, unattended events or early departure. In the rare event of a meeting cancellation, ISA is not responsible for nor will provide refunds for costs associated with travel, airfare, hotel or transportation costs incurred by the registered attendee. It is always recommended that the registrant consider purchasing independent travel insurance. 

ISA registration fees are not tax-deductible as a charitable contribution but may be deductible as a business expense. Consult your tax advisor. 

ISA Photo & Video Consent and Release

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, the ISA Annual Meeting constitutes an agreement for the right to use any photograph, video, electronic reproduction and/or recording taken at any event sponsored, conducted or hosted by ISA.  ISA reserves the right to use and distribute, both now and in future, this material in any manner in all media (including but not limited to print, broadcast, electronic, digital, online, and other media) and by any method.  Included would be use through any distribution and/or marketing formats and for any business without restriction, including for education, promotion, marketing, editorial, commercial, advertising and trade purposes.

By registering for or attending an ISA event (in-person, hybrid or virtual), you consent to being photographed, filmed and/or otherwise recorded. Your attendance constitutes your consent to such photography, filming and/or recording of your name, voice, image and likeness.  You also agree to release, hold harmless and indemnify ISA from any and all claims involving the use of your name, voice, image and/or likeness; and (2) acknowledge that you are not receiving any compensation for the use of your name, voice, image and/or likeness and agree to release all claims against ISA for compensation related to such use.  Contact ISA at isa@isa-appraisers.org for questions or additional information.

All educational course cancellation and transfer requests must be in writing and received at least two weeks (14 days) prior to the first date of the class.  All cancellations and transfer requests are subject to a $100 fee based on course cost.  

COVID-19 Precautions

ISA leadership takes the health and safety of our members and attendees seriously and have established health and safety protocols for Assets 2025. First and foremost, we want all attendees to feel safe and comfortable at the conference. Face masks are optional and we encourage the practice of frequent hand washing, and testing prior to travel; if you test positive, we recommend that you do not travel to the conference.

Payment Plan

For Assets 2025, a payment plan is available for member registrants, if you register on, or prior to, January 1, 2025. The payment plan will not be available after this date. By selecting the payment plan, you agree to a transaction fee of $30 USD. Your first credit card payment of 33% of the total meeting registration balance is due at time of registration, and subsequent payments will be charged every month on or around the original purchase date. This offer is only available for credit card payments, and credit card must be valid through April 2025.

Spouses/Guests 
It is always the Society’s pleasure to welcome the spouses and guests of meeting registrants. However, each guest is required to purchase a special badge in order to participate in the scheduled events. The cost of the badge is solely to defray the food and beverage expense.  Spouse/guest registration includes meals only on Thursday evening through Saturday of the conference and does not include entrance into educational sessions or the Thursday tours. Spouse/guests wishing to attend a Thursday tour may do so for the same fee as members. Please see the registration form for more details.

Recommended Attire 
All educational sessions will be business casual. Meeting rooms tend to be cool, so please dress accordingly during the day. Comfortable shoes are recommended for the Friday tour day.
