Robert Snell is a partner at Revere Auctions, LLC, an auction house specializing in high quality Fine Art and Antiques. Revere Auctions, LLC, is a full service auction company that provides a professional environment for those who wish to acquire or sell their works of art or estates. Other services include appraisal, restoration, conservation, and advisory.

 

Mr. Snell majored in Art History at the University of Minnesota and continued his education at New York University taking classes in art business and appraisals. After completing his education, Mr. Snell moved to Chicago and worked for MIR Appraisal Services, Inc. While at MIR, he was involved with the appraisals of several important institutional collections such as Notre Dame University, The American College of Surgeons, and The American Bar Association.

 

In 2013, Mr. Snell moved back to Minnesota and opened Hiro Fine Art, LLC, to bring high quality works of art to the Minnesota marketplace. His specialties include American paintings and works on paper, Regionalism, 19th century American Marine Paintings, Early American Modernism, Modern and Contemporary masters. In 2017, he opened Revere Auctions, LLC to provide another service for the Minnesota marketplace.
