Credit Card Payment Plan
Mail or fax registrations ONLY
For Assets 2013 a payment plan is available for your registration fee only if you register on or prior to March 1, 2013; the payment plan will not be available after this date.
By selecting the payment plan, you agree to a transaction fee of $10 USD. Your first credit card payment of 50% of the total meeting registration balance is due at time of registration, and the second payment of the balance will be charged on Friday, March 29, 2013.
This offer is only available for credit card payments, and credit card must be valid through March 2013. You must register via mail or fax to participate in the payment plan—online registrations are not eligible for the payment plan.
Fees and Cancellations
All registrations fees are in US dollars.
All conference cancellations must be received in writing by ISA Headquarters by March 15, 2013 in order to receive a refund, less $100 administration fee.
All educational course transfer and cancellation requests must be received in writing by ISA Headquarters by March 15, 2013 in order to receive a refund, less $200 administration fee.
ISA registration fees are not tax-deductible as a charitable contribution but may be deductible as a business expense. Consult your tax advisor.
