Michigan is and has been my home, it's a beautiful place, green and lush with many lakes and  charming resort places. Couple that with Great Universities, big city opera and dance, great jazz and super pro-sports teams.  It's all good!

Personal property appraisal was explained to me late in life and it interested me ... the problem solving angle.  So, about 15 years ago I joined ISA and took the Core Course in "distance learning" (take a class, it's much better) and began to attend conferences which I found wonderfully interesting with so many people all interested in the "stuff" that interests me.

Then I took Antiques and Residential Contents on site, about 50 people  and even  more mutual interests.  The people I met in that class remain my best appraiser friends, the ones I call when I have a problem and the ones I always spend time with at conference and in classes.   Net working is a big important deal in the personal property appraisal world.

A life long interest in and love of horses lead me to the American Society of Equine Appraisers,  yes, darling, you can have that nag appraised, and it has value!   All the usual reasons apply but especially loss, damage and even death can be reasons for an equine appraisal.  We have a pre-emininet equine law attorney here in Michigan.

Finally do you need to clean out grandma's house?  Well, that's a liquidation and my partner and I do that here in SE Michigan or at least we come and look to see if you really have enough for a sale.  It's hard work but you don't do it.

Call me, I work all over Michigan 810-694-7153
