As an accredited member of the International Society of Appraisers (ISA), Marco Balzano has completed a comprehensive program of education that emphasizes the theoretical, methodological, legal and ethical aspects of the appraisal sciences. All of his appraisal reports comply with the standards set forth by The Appraisal Foundation's Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and the International Society of Appraisers (ISA). He is qualified to prepare charitable donation appraisals that meet the relevant requirements set forth by the IRS. A native Arizonian who grew up in Phoenix, he attended Northern Arizona University, where he studied art and graphic design.


Marco Balzano successfully completed the Core Course in Appraisal Studies at Northern Illinois University, Naperville, in 2010, the Antiques and Residential Contents course in 2010, the 15-hour USPAP course in 2010, the 7-hour USPAP course in 2012 and 2014, and the Certified Appraisers Guild of America appraiser (CAGA) certification course in 2009. He is also the Foundation for Appraisal Education 2010 scholarship winner. Balzano has attended all of ISA annual conventions since 2009 to stay current on the latest developments and regulations.
