William and Mary College of Williamsburg, VA, in the Extension Division, while attending High School, Norfolk, VA. I studied Fine Arts as it became my major and my passion.

Studied at Winona State College, where I began my major in Fine Arts as well as other pertinent subjects.

-65 University of Missouri in Columbia, MO, continuing my major in Fine Arts.

-66 Transferred to University of Missouri in Rolla, MO, which is an Engineering school. Here I took classes in Architectural Drafting.

-69 University of Alaska in Juneau, AK, where I studied Art and Figure Drawing.

During this period, I was fortunate to take classes at the Museum of Art and History in Juneau, AK, under the tutelage of the Tlingit and Haida Elders. I learned a great deal from these definitive authorities in regards to the Alaskan Arts and Artifacts of the native tribes located in the Great Northwest America and Canada.

I became immensely familiar with Ivory Carvings and how to spot crucial characteristics for these carvings as well as other artifacts.

-71 Attended Chouinard Art School, now owned by Walt Disney Studios, where I continued my major in Fine Arts. This school is now called California Institute of Arts located in Valencia, CA.  I have 154 credit hours in Fine Arts.

-73 I was hired on as a Graphic Artist for the Alaska State Department Fish and Game. It was crucial for me to be anatomically correct when drawing and creating the many brochures on all animals; which strength serves me well in my present occupation. This department still uses these brochures today.

-79 I was an Insurance agent, Financial Planner, and Mutual Funds representative at this time, at which time I achieved many prestigious awards. Even so, in 1979 I left this career to follow my passion: Fine Arts; however, I brought my knowledge of Insurance taxes, rules, and  regulations with me, which I still use on a regular basis today.

Studied in Santa Fe and Taos, New Mexico and at the Chicago Art Institute, where I stay current with all my Continuing Education Classes.

Achieved my USPAP designation with ASA: The American Society of Appraisers.

Achieved my Accredited Status with ISA: The International Society of Appraisers.

-14 Completed the USPAP required Continuing Education classes at the Art Industry of Chicago.

7 Hour USPAP Course, Completed at the Art Industry of Chicago. USPAP, Sep 30, 2015

Completed USPAP Continuing Education Course, successfully, for the International Society of Appraisers.
