Cancellations and refunds

All cancellations and transfer requests must be in writing and received two weeks (14 days) prior to the first date of the class. All cancellations and transfer requests are subject to a $100 or $200 fee based on course cost (see breakdown below). Distance Education course material must be returned before a refund of the remaining tuition will be sent. 

Refunds or credits will not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, flight/transportation cancellations, unattended events or early departure. In the rare event of a course cancellation, ISA is not responsible for nor will it provide refunds for costs associated with travel, airfare, hotel or transportation costs incurred by the registered attendee. It is always recommended that the registrant considering purchasing independent travel insurance.

Photography/taping restriction

ISA does not allow taping in any course unless the student has a registered disability requiring the use of such mechanical aids. If you have such a disability, or require other special accommodations within the classroom or during testing because of a disability, please contact the ISA staff immediately to discuss possible arrangements.
