The 15-hour Personal Property Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) material is designed to aid appraisers in all areas of appraisal practice seeking competency in the USPAP. This course is intended to fulfill the USPAP requirement for credentialed membership levels within professional personal property appraisal organization and will be taught by an active Personal Property Appraiser.
This course focuses on the requirements for ethical behavior and competent performance by appraisers that are set forth in the USPAP. The course material emphasizes the role of the appraiser and the impartiality associated with this role. In addition to lectures, the course includes discussion examples that show how USPAP applies to situations that personal property appraisers encounter in everyday practice.
The 15-hour USPAP Course is 2 days (October 8th and 9th), from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Breakfast and lunch are included both days. The exam will be given on the final day.

ISA will also send you a USPAP Student Manual to use during the course. This is separate from the required manual above.
*Refunds, minus an administrative fee of $200 will be issued on written cancellations or transfer requests received on or before September 24, 2018. Phone cancellations WILL NOT be accepted. Registrants assume full responsibility for notification to and verification of receipt by ISA.
Refunds or credits will not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, flight/transportation cancellations, unattended events or early departure. In the rare event of a course cancellation, ISA is not responsible for nor will provide refunds for costs associated with travel, airfare, hotel or transportation costs incurred by the registered attendee.
