Description
This course is an intense independent study designed specifically for each individual personal property appraiser who applies to the program. The focus of the independent study will be research methodology, finding and choosing comparables, and writing a strong justified reasoning. The student will work with the assigned instructor to design projects/assignments that will build skills in an area (e.g., research methodology) where he or she feels the need for improvement. The student will then complete the project and receive significant instructor feedback. It is anticipated that each project will require 2-4 submissions before completion.
*Please note that you must be accepted into this program prior to completing this registration form. Please do not proceed to payment unless you have received notification of acceptance. If you have not yet applied, but are interested in being a part of the independent study program, please click here to submit your application.
