Since 1978, Jennifer has been exposed to art. At the tender age of 4, Ric and Iza Emmett embarked on a journey in picking and dealing Art Deco and Jennifer learned as they learned. The family business of Modernism Gallery, Estate Services Appraisals & Modernism.com continued. Jennifer has been working in the family business since high school and beyond!

Jennifer has been educated in Appraisal Studies by the International Society of Appraisers (ISA) and the Appraisers Association of America (AAA). She is an Accredited Member (ISA AM) of the International Society of Appraisers (2010-Present) and served on the board of the South Florida Chapter of ISA.
