Find an Appraiser
Certified, Accredited and Member designations ensure that the ISA member has completed the Core Course in Appraisal Studies and has satisfactorily completed the fundamental requirements of appraisal theory and methodology. Clients should independently confirm competency of the appraiser in any declared ‘specialty.’

There are several ways to find an ISA Appraiser in your area:
- Enter the first 3 digits of your Zip Code, followed by an asterisk (e.g., 980*); this will return all members within your Zip Code.
If you get too many names, add the 4th digit and search again; if you get too few, enter only the first one or two digits. Be sure to include the asterisk at the end each time.
- OR Enter your city or state/province USPS abbreviation.
- OR Click on the arrow next to “Services” to bring up a list of appraisal-related services, such as “Divorce Settlements” or “Estate Probate.” Select any one service as a search criteria.
- OR Click on the arrow next to “Expertise” to bring up a list of specialties, such as “Americana” or “Fossils.” Select any one area of expertise as a search criteria.
- OR Enter any string of letters in “Last Name” (e.g., smith, which will bring up Smith and Woodsmith.)
- You may combine these selection criteria (e.g., Zip Code AND Service AND Expertise.)
